DAY OF RECOLLECTION
Please telephone or e-mail us to make a reservation! On Tuesdays or Thursdays we can host a directed or non-directed Day of Recollection for a group of ten to thirty persons. A group may choose to bring in its own speaker, or it may ask ahead of time to have one of our monks serve as the speaker. A group may keep its own schedule, respecting, however, that we serve lunch from 12 Noon to 12:30 P.M.

Schedule
9 A.M. Arrive.
9:30 A.M. Conference, if one of our monks is the speaker.
10:15 A.M. Priests of the monastery will hear confessions for Catholic groups requesting the Sacrament of Penance.
11:00 A.M. Mass.
12 Noon. Lunch (included in fees).
1:30 P.M. Conference, if one of our monks is the speaker.

Fees
Groups bringing in their own speaker: $20 per person attending a Day of Recollection at the monastery.
Groups requesting a monk as a speaker: $30 per person attending a Day of Recollection at the monastery.
Fee payments only in cash or by check.

RETREAT

Groups or individual persons may reserve time and space for their own retreat programs at the monastery. Those on retreat may attend prayers and Mass in the monastery church, or they may keep their own schedule, respecting, however, the monastery’s schedule for serving meals.

Fees (Covering Rooms, Meals, and Use of Facilities)
$85 per night per person.
Effective July 1, 2016, the new rate for our Retreat Center will be $100 per night. If you have already reserved the Retreat Center for anytime after June 30, 2016, your rate will increase to $100 per night. If your reservations are for any time prior to July 1, 2016, the old rate of $85 per night will still apply.
We require a deposit of $50 per person for all group reservations.
Fee payments only in cash or by check.

Arriving (Check-in) and Departing
We do not make rooms available for Sunday arrivals.
Monday and Friday arrivals: if you have made a reservation, we can admit you to your room beginning at 3 P.M.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday arrivals: if you have made a reservation, we can admit you to your room beginning at 1 P.M.
Departure on Other Days Except Friday: please vacate your room by 1 P.M.
Friday Departure: please vacate your room by 8:45 A.M.— though you are welcome to remain at the monastery until the afternoon.

Room Accomodations
All rooms have twin-size beds, private baths, a desk and a lamp. Some rooms have an outdoor patio as well. Eighteen rooms have one bed each, and thirteen rooms have two beds each. We can host forty-four overnight guests. Two rooms are fully equipped for wheelchairs.

Other Facilities inside the Retreat Center
Without further fees, overnight groups may reserve use of the various conference rooms and the wooden chapel.
The chapel supplies (liturgical vessels, vestments, candles, altar cloths, altar breads, altar wine) are available only for use by Catholics.
Two dining rooms are available: one of them is usually reserved for those who wish to eat in silence.

AREAS OPEN TO GUESTS AND THE PUBLIC

Gift shop, Library, Prayer Walk (Outdoor Stations of the Cross), Cemetery.

The monastery’s church is open to guests and the public for silent prayer or for participation in the Mass and prayer services of the monks throughout the day. The monastery’s church is not available for any other activities or services.

Please avoid other areas, since these are private areas for the monks only.
